Conditions
The prices are per person and day (minimum stay 3 nights) and include: rich buffet breakfast and dinner.
Tourist tax not included: € 3,00 per person per night, from 14 years onwards.
Children, with extra bed in parents’ room:
Reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to approximately 30% of the total stay.
Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out till 10 a.m..
Cancellation Policy:
(pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Code):
In case of cancellation of the reservation, we apply the following conditions:
Tourist tax not included: € 3,00 per person per night, from 14 years onwards.
Children, with extra bed in parents’ room:
- Children up to 2 years: Euro 30,00 per day
- Children from 3 to 5 years: -60% of the list price
- Children from 6 to 12 years: -40% of the list price
- Children from 13 years: -10% of the list price

Cancellation Policy:
(pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Code):
In case of cancellation of the reservation, we apply the following conditions:
- up to 60 days before arrival: refund of the deposit;
- less than 60 days up to 21 days before arrival: retention of the deposit;
- less than 21 days up to 8 days before arrival: charge of 60% of the total stay amount;
- less than 8 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, early departure, reduction in the number of guests, or no-show: 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
