Prices are per person per day. Tourist tax is not included.

Prices are per person per day. Tourist tax is not included.

Conditions

The prices are per person and day (minimum stay 3 nights) and include: rich buffet breakfast and dinner.

Tourist tax is not included.

Children:

Children up to 2 years: Euro 20,00 per day
Children from 2 to 5 years: -60% of the list price
Children from 6 to 12 years: -40% of the list price
Children from 13 years: -10% of the list price

Bed and breakfast (without dinner): -15 €

Reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to approximately 30% of the total stay.

Check-in from 2 p.m. and check-out till 10 a.m..

Cancellation Policy:
(pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Code):

In case of cancellation of the reservation, we apply the following conditions:

up to 30 working days before arrival: refund of the deposit;
from 29 to 21 working days before arrival: retention of the deposit;
from 20 to 8 days before arrival: charge of 60% of the total stay amount;
from 7 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, early departure, reduction in the number of guests, or no-show: 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
